India has a way of getting under your skin — of showing you exactly what you need to see, and not quite letting you look away. It's why this retreat exists at all: not as a business plan, but as a shared wish to pass on what we found here, to anyone who feels a similar pull toward India but doesn't know where to begin.

There are two ways to make this journey with us.
A two-week journey through the ancient healing traditions of Kerala — beginning in a lineage-based Ayurvedic sanctuary (choose between an intimate Vedic village or a more refined hermitage), and closing with five days of rest and integration by the Arabian Sea.
Set on the quiet Malabar coast in Kannur, this retreat brings our art, movement, and sound practice — the same guides and philosophy behind our Montenegro journey — to an entirely different landscape: an intimate bay, slow days, and a coastline still largely untouched.
Whichever path you choose, it leads to the same place: back to yourself, through a country that has a way of showing you exactly that.
